If there is a product you want on our website that is out of stock let us know and we can let you know when the next shipment is coming in.

Where in New Zealand do you freight to?

A.

We can freight our products to anywhere in New Zealand! Just let us know where you want it sent and we'll get it to you safe and sound.

There is a product that I am interested in buying but I can’t find it on your site

A.

If there is a product you are interested in buying that is not on our site let us know what it is you're after and we will do our best to source it for you. If we can't source the same product then we will try to provide equivalent alternative options for you.

Do you except Trade-Ins?

A.

Yes we do. Let us know what you want to trade-in and on what product and we can make you an offer. If you are from outside of the Hawke's Bay area send us some photos of the item you wish to trade-in (to show us the condition it is in) to music.machine@xtra.co.nz

Can I buy products using Lay-By

A.

Yes, all you need to is email us and let us know your details and what product you wish to Lay-By. We ask for a 20% deposit and you then have 12 months to pay the rest off. You can pay with either credit card over the phone or by direct credit into our bank account for your Lay-By payments.

Can I buy products using hire purchase (finance)?

A.

Yes, we have hire purchase/finance available through Finance Now. You can apply for you finance with our online application form here

When can I expect delivery of my product(s)

A.

Once your order has been placed and paid for delivery should be made, to your door, within 1 -3 working days. In some cases rural delivery can take longer. We will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery so you can keep track of where your delivery is at any time.

What if the product I bought from you has a fault

A.

If you have bought a product from us and it has a fault return it to us and we will get it repaired for you. All of our products (excluding strings, valves, sticks & reeds) come with a full 12 month warranty so if you have purchased it within the last 12 months it will be repaired for free. If it is outside the warranty period we can quote a price of the repair for you you before it goes ahead. Product returns are to be sent to: Music Machine, 35 Hastings St, Napier.

I have seen an error on your website

If you have seen or think there is an error on our site please email us to let us know and we will get straight on to correcting it ASAP!

I’ve found a better price at another store

A.

If you have found a better price on a product than the one advertised on our site then please let us know and we will endeavor to better that price! Just click here and let us know what product it is, how much it is advertised for and where you have seen it and we will do our very best to beat that price.

Yes, unless he is overseas on holiday, in which case it is perfectly ok to deal with any of the other staff as they will 'look after you' just as much as Richie would.. It's true.. Nah seriously, it actually is.
